Albany plan of the union 1754

Who is writting: delegates from the colonies ; Benjamin Frankline, Thomas Hutchinson, Morison, Samuel Elios, Henry steel Commager, William E. Luachtenburg

Who is the audience: King George III, his ministers and colonial assemblies as well as the colonies and leaders of head powers of the colonies so they know whats up!

Who do the writers represent: The writers represent the colonies/ are delegates from all the colonies. But also the new grand and presidential council i believe.

What is being requested/argued: Well the purpose of this is due to a common argument from the fear that in redoing the whole government the king would obtain to much power, there for bashing the point of the colonies freedom they have been working for all this time. The purpose of what their requesting is new outline/laws and rules for the new government in the form of the Grand council and Presidential government, their responsibilities, purposes and allowances.

In what way/tone/manner/ is it being said: Its being requested in a proper/respectful tone like most primary documents that are written about or to powers at be of in government positions.

Proof and or justification: There i fear of an invasion of the French, and this government, a united stronger government in purpose to better defend them selves. But of course they still want to keep the colonies independent which has been the point of the Americas all along. A way not to give too much power to the king and a way for the colonists to remain in control somewhat independent.
