HYPOTHESIS: Was the common human mistake (find another word) of lust over virtue the very things that kept Bacons rebellion going and what built up to it? Its something that happened all throughout the colonies so was it inevitable ?
THESIS: The *Greed of the Virginian colony began and continuely led Bacons rebellion.
The common historical theme of lust overcoming virtue, is the theme the led the Virginian colony to the chaos of Bacons rebellion?
* Maybe greed is not the correct word for the feeling or urge im trying to portray. My thesis does not represent what i want to talk about... something to do with power but Isnt that greed? talk to craig on revising thesis.
NEED IN ESSAY: each paragraph must have events not only words, 2 examples or more (clear this with craig) sense is giong ot be four pages i need to make this paragraphs detailed and well put together because of that. a strong structure lets hope. Events that are connected not just random because that will support the thesis. Are we suppose to be quote building as we did in the Nathaniel Bacon Exercise last week? Is that format of our essay suppose to be similiar? i mean i know it is BUT exact same? ASK CRAIG . Were suppose to stay focused on they say throughout the whole paper to support the i say right?
INTRO: Add in some william penn to focus on the time unless that is too irellevant.
Of course thesis included then structure possibly the same as exercise.
I: started with Greed of land between all the VIRGINIAN colonists and the indians
REMEMBER I HAVE TO EXPLAIN WHY IT WAS GREED . Not just state the events i took as a greedy moment. Explain event then return the the thesis, how does it connect.
A: government coming and just taking the land of the indians GREED they just wanted more and more, take take take take.
1:then giving away land that was not theres
a: led to the indians outburst
i: which led to the greed of the colonists coming out, it was greed because of the way it was displayed, the reacted ugly and in an innoprppriat matter which shows that it was more then just that they were mad at the unfairness, it was the indians land first but they were to consumed in greed ot even notice. NOT STRONG FOUNDATION, need to reorgnize.
B: THIS TURNED INTO NATHANIEL BACONS CHANCE to gain his power.
II:Being continued further with Nathianel Bacons greed for power
A: Explaining his greed, support the reasons why it was greed. Possibly his reasoning that was not so strong and based in the correct area. How he acted innapropraitly in example as
1: How he went against government in exxagerated way
a) how that was connected to thesis.
III:And then prolonged with the governments greed of money aka trade .
A:THEY WOULDNT GIVE IN, elobrate . (DONT BELIEVE IN THIS CRAIG !!!)
